1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Tibly, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
Tibly simulates a delivery experience for self-control and entertainment. Orders, restaurants, couriers, routes, times and savings shown may be fictional or estimated. Nothing in the experience places a real food order.
3. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report unauthorized use. You are responsible for account activity. The minimum age is 13, or a higher age required by local law.
4. Payments
Fictional orders are not charged. Optional features may be sold through app stores; displayed prices, store rules and mandatory consumer rights then apply.
5. Savings and wellbeing
Saved amounts are estimates based on simulated orders and are not financial, medical or psychological advice. Tibly does not guarantee behavior change or a specific financial result.
6. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass security, use abusive automation, exploit vulnerabilities, violate third-party rights or use Tibly illegally.
7. Intellectual property
Tibly, its design, software, trademarks and original content belong to their respective owners. You receive a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to use the app.
8. Availability and liability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or decisions based on fictional estimates. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk. You may stop using and delete your account at any time.
10. Law and contact
