1. Who we are
Tibly is a simulated ordering app designed to help users manage spending urges. For privacy questions, contact hello@tibly.eu.
2. Data we process
We may process account data (name, email and Tibly number), language preferences, data needed for fictional orders, history and estimated savings, security and diagnostic technical information, and purchases made through app stores. We do not collect card details.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process data to provide the service, authenticate accounts, save progress, prevent abuse, answer support requests and comply with legal duties. Where required, we ask for consent. Product metrics are aggregated and are not made available with direct identifiers.
4. Location
With permission, location may be used to position the map experience or suggest an address. Precise location is not sold or used for targeted advertising.
5. Sharing and vendors
We use strictly necessary technical vendors such as hosting, authentication, error monitoring and app stores. They may only process data under our instructions and applicable contracts. We may disclose data when required by law.
6. Retention
We retain data while an account is active and as needed for the purposes described, legal obligations, security and disputes. Aggregated data that no longer identifies a person may be retained longer.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or deletion. You may withdraw consent at any time. In the EEA, you may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
8. Account deletion
Delete your account in app settings or follow the instructions at tibly.pt/en/delete-account. The request deletes or anonymizes personal data unless retention is legally required.
9. Security and children
We apply technical and organizational controls appropriate to risk. Tibly is not intended for children under 13, or a higher applicable minimum age without parental authorization.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this site. Last updated: July 1, 2026.
