Functionalities

are owned by Tibly or used under appropriate license.

Reproduction, modification, distribution, or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

6. Service Availability

Tibly strives to ensure the continuous operation of the platform, but does not guarantee that the service will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

Interruptions may occur due to technical reasons, maintenance, or external factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tibly is not responsible for:

Damages resulting from misuse of the platform

Temporary service interruptions

Losses arising from technical failures beyond its control

Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be legally excluded.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by Tibly's Privacy Policy, available on the platform.

9. Changes to the Terms

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

In case of dispute, the court of the area of ​​residence of the service provider shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.
